We extend our sincere apologies for the recent inconvenience caused by the odor emanating from our Wastewater Treatment Facility. The unusually warm winter weather experienced over the past several weeks has triggered certain challenges that we typically don’t need to address until spring.
In response, we have increased aeration across our extensive 130 acres of wastewater ponds. This proactive measure aims to mitigate the underlying causes of the odor. However, please keep in mind that reversing these processes may take some time.
Rest assured; we remain committed to ensuring a pleasant environment for our community. Your patience and understanding during this period are deeply appreciated as we work diligently to resolve the situation.
Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.
