The Human Resources Department provides support to all other District departments. Our staff is responsible for wage and benefit administration, including conducting salary surveys; examining and certifying job candidates; equal opportunities and supporting a diverse workforce; employee orientations; and ensuring compliance with labor laws. We assist in establishing or conducting District wide training for employees. The department also administers various employee benefit programs such as deferred compensation and medical health benefits programs.
